Priscilla assists Italian and international companies, as well as private equity funds, in relation to M&A transactions, both domestic and cross-border. She also advises clients on corporate and commercial law.
Priscilla graduated in law at the Bocconi University, after spending a period of study at the Universiteit Von Amsterdam and after carrying out an intership at the NGO International IDEA - Office of the Permanent Observer at United Nations, in NYC.
She also took a Master of Laws in Corporate and Insolvency Law (LL.M: with Distinction) at the Nottingham Trent University.
Prior to joining LMCR she collaborated with leading Italian and international firms in the Corporate M&A department.
She speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
