Claudia specializes in general banking, ADR, corporate, energy, project finance and acquisition finance advising both companies and banks also in cross-border contexts.
After having started her career at Clifford Chance, Claudia became a partner at Grimaldi e Associati in 2002, and then moved to Macchi di Cellere Gangemi (2010 to 2018).
Claudia is a CEDR Accredited Mediator in commercial disputes and a member of IACP – International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, as well as a member of the panel of international mediators of the Milan Chamber of Arbitration and of the panel of Distinguished Neutrals of CPR (the International Institute for Conflicts Prevention and Resolution). She has been Co-Chair of the International Bar Association’s Securities Law Commitee.
Having graduated in law from the State University of Milan (magna cum laude), Claudia obtained a Masters Degree in International Business Transactions (LL.M with merit) from King’s College London in 1994.
Claudia speaks Italian, English and French.
