Marta specializes in corporate law, assisting clients in relation to M&A transactions. She also deals with commercial contracts and project finance matters.
She graduated in law at the University of Trento, also spending a study period abroad at the University of Maastricht.
Prior to joining LMCR, she collaborated with a leading Italian firm in the corporate department.
She speaks Italian and English.
